Tips For The Airport

Hey lovely readers, now I personally haven't seen any posts about this topic but I'm sure its been talked about everywhere so I'm not that unique or anything, nevertheless today's post is about Airport Dressing.
Now I know you'll all be like "Who dresses up for an airport and why would you need to?" Well let me give you some scenarios.
1.       You're at the airport in your laziest outfit, and you look up from your phone or magazine or book or whatever and BAM a famous designer or celebrity is sitting beside/ in front of you.
2.       You're at the airport in your laziest outfit, and you look up from your phone or magazine or book or whatever and BAM a super egg frying pan hot guy sits beside/in front of you. There goes your prince charming.
3.       You're at the airport in your laziest outfit, and you look up from your phone or magazine or book or whatever and BAM an old school/work mate sits beside/ in front of you or walks by.
Now I know you'd be like "But they'd already have high thinking of you for your personality and the guy would fancy you for that as well' But come on we all tend to judge people by what they wear, after all people's dressing reflects their inner selves. That being said when I say dressing up I don’t mean going all dress and heels and full make up or anything I just mean you shouldn't look like you've come straight from your bed. Here are some dressing/general tips for when going to travel.
o   Style is your friend, and comfort is your companion. Look good and feel comfortable. This can be achieved by wearing
·         A combination of graphic tees or muscle tanks with some loose fitting jeans or comfy leggings or even sweatpants, and some vans, cut-out boots or platforms if you feel they're comfortable enough.
·         A simple white tee and black suit pants. Monochrome is always hot.
·         Camo jackets with basic tops underneath paired with leggings/jeans and creepers/flats/anything. You can even spice it up by going for bright colored tees underneath the Camo Jacket.
·         A sensible simple dress paired with flats or creepers –for a more edgy look- if you're feeling girly enough.
·         Skirts although I wouldn't recommend it because you never know when a breeze may come.
·         Rolled up sleeve or loose sweatshirts that actually look neat and cute and suit your figure paired with jeans/leggings/sweatpants. Don’t try this unless you're sure you look fine. Wouldn't want to go to an airport looking like an over-sized grape when sat next to an extremely attractive guy… not that I would know.
o   Don't overdress; basically don't dress up like you're a celebrity or a huge deal. Keep your choices modest, convenient, and well structured.
o   Don’t wear uncomfortable shoes, pretty shoes won't hide the fact you walk like a diseased penguin in them.
o   Always have a headband, hair band, and bobby pins around.
o   Keep your make-up as light as possible! Use some basics like concealed and/or BB-cream (which is lighter than foundation) and some lippies. Ditch it completely if possible.

o   Your bag shouldn't be so big people would think you're smuggling someone in there nor too small for them to think all that’s in there is some crack stuffed inside. Have a convenient sized bag and always make sure you carry some things along with all your necessities like:
·         Germ Killer- hand gel sanitizer
·         Lotion
·         Wet Wipes
·         Perfume- stinky pants
·         Lip Balm
·         Mints
I have realized that my bullet points aren't organized, yes.
